Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL) is a study of significant impacts on the environment of a planned business and/or activity, to be used as a prerequisite.
Making decisions regarding the implementation of business and/or activities as well as contained in the Business Permit, or the approval of the Central Government or Regional Government. This analysis contains a study of the major impact of a planned business or activity on the environment. Amdal has been implemented since 1982 in Indonesia.
EIA is made when planning a project is expected to have an impact on the surrounding environment, such as physical, chemical, biological, socio-economic, socio-cultural aspects, and public health. The legal basis for AMDAL in Indonesia is Government Regulation no. 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management.
Environmental Management Efforts and Environmental Monitoring Efforts UKL-UPL (Usaha Pengelolaan Lingkungan – Usaha Pemantauan Lingkungan Hidup) is the management and monitoring of businesses and/or activities that do not have a significant impact on the environment, which is required for the process of making decisions regarding the implementation of businesses and/or activities.
Environmental Evaluation Document, DELH (Dokumen Evaluasi Lingkungan Hidup) is a document that contains management and monitoring environment which is part of the environmental audit process fees charged for businesses and/or activities that have already been have a business license and/or activity but do not yet have documents AMDAL.
Environmental Management Document (DPLH – Dokumen Pemantauan Lingkungan Hidup) is a document that contains environmental management and monitoring that is imposed for businesses and/or activities that already have business and/or activity permits but do not yet have UKL-UPL.
